French Camp land deed : San Joaquin County, Calif., 1845 Apr. 8.

The unsigned handwritten document in Spanish states that in the town of San José de Guadalupe, before the judge Antonio Mariá Pico, the citizen Guillermo Gulnak conveys land he owns in French Camp to Don Carlos Mariá Weber for the sum of 200 pesos, half silver and half goods. The land was originally acquired by title from Governor and Commandant General Manuel Micheltorena on Jan. 13, 1844. The letter futher states that documents were presented that prove the claim of ownership.
